question about (reserved) names an deleted characters

So i had a character with a name that i deleted and wanted to create another character with the same name but it said "name already taken" - i assumed it might be because the deleted character is still active in the background that it might take a day or even until weekly maintenance for it to get "free" again...tried it today again but it's still "already in use"... Regarding the type of name i chose its VERY unlikely that somebody took it exacty the second i deleted the other character....
Does anyone by any chance now how long it takes for names to get free again? I know it's a bit a specific problem....

✭✭✭✭✭thats so weird, that would mean somebody would have to take the name in the 5 seconds between deleting a char and creating a new one and it was a cyrodillic argonian name so i think this is impossible0
