Nirnhoned trait weapons/armor in new DLC?

Since the new upcoming DLC dungeons will be located in Craglorn I was wondering to hear opinions would it be lorefriendly and sensible to have Nirnhoned armor and weapons to drop in the new dungeons?
Nirnhoned trait was introduced in September 2014 in Update 4 when Upper Craglorn zone was added.
