I would love to see some new combinations that provide for example
Sustained restore health + major expedition

Major resolve / mahor ward/ sust restore health

Major exp + major ward and resolve

Spell crit + weapon crit + immovable (for hybrids)
There are so many lacking possibilities that can be included ..
What do you think guys ?

It's a little dated, but has some non-standard combinations.

Sustained restore health + major expedition already exists and it's what I run on my DK.. super cheap ingredients too.
