Crown Store item issue

A few days ago I purchased both the "Cosmetic Pack: Body Markings" as well as "Cosmetic Pack: Face Markings".
Since time of purchase, regardless of which of the markings I use, it always reverts to my original character look after a short time and randomly. Sometimes it only resets the body markings and other times both body and face markings. There does not appear to be a pattern to it.
Therefore I request a fix within the next 5 working days, or a full refund for both packs given that they do not work as designed.
