Under skills it has that I've collected 378/399 skyshards. According to my achievements I only need three more (their behind the gates in Cyrodiil). So where are the other 18?

Grimtooth✭✭✭@Tryxus I've checked everywhere (a few times) I have all the DLC's and Morrowind and according to my achievements I have all but 3 of them, and those 3 makes me dependent on running with a good group in Cyrodiil. Which I haven't been able to find in the last few weeks and/or months. I guess it's just an ESO error. There's not 399, only 381.0

Grimtooth✭✭✭Discovered my mistake. I overlooked the Imperial City. Now I have all the skyshards except the 3 I still can't get in Cyrodiil. There is 399. There needs to be about 460, cause this one character in question is an Orc/NB/Crafter/D-wield+Bow/Werewolf. And there's not enough skyshards for all the skills he needs to be complete.0

Wait... you mean even with all those skyshards, you still don't have enough skill points? As a dual wield / bow crafting werewolf myself, I find this very disheartening. I keep telling myself, "I'll be able to afford all of these skills once I get like X more shards!"
Have you also done all of the quests that reward skill points, including DLC?
