Morrowind CE and Discovery Pack Question

My question is this. Does the CE include the discovery pack? According to this thread I'm linking below, even if I didn't pre-order (I didn't, was taking a break from the game since real life was so hectic) I would still get the discovery pack, however I never received items from it.

https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/350967/wanna-get-back-to-eso-and-buy-ce-morrowind-discovery-pack-availability

Is there any truth to this? Has anyone received the discovery pack who didn't pre-order? I just want the Warden costume and I was under the impression when I bought the CE that it would be included, but I still dont have them.

Kinda frustrating to say the least, because I wouldn't have wasted the extra money getting the CE and would've instead saved money and just bought the normal upgrade. The mount, grey bear, and style converter are useless to me since I'll never roll a warden toon, have plenty of mounts I would much rather use and if I craft armor, I would want it to stay looking the way I crafted it.

It is what it is, just curious if I wasted my money, even past the point of Morrowind not really being worth the price anyway IMHO. This coming from a subber who thought it should be a dlc anyway.

Thanks

Edit-

Also, never got the Collector's Edition maps, was that just part of the discovery pack only as well? Then why name them Collector's Edition maps instead of Discovery Pack maps?

I originally thought the CE / DD items were seperate from the pre-order items, but according to this chart you should have gotten the discovery pack items:

Have you tried sending a support ticket or checked your e-mail for some sort of code redeem?

I've checked my email and the only thing in there is from PlayStation for the receipt of the purchase. Digital Collector's Edition upgrade is what I purchased. I've gone all the way back to May just in case I missed it and even checked my spam and trash folders, nothing.

I've yet to send in a support ticket simply because they're complicated and enjoy giving people the run around. Talking to them is a sort of last resort thing for me nowadays lol.... Plus I'll probably get 4-5 automated responses that have nothing to do with my question before I finally get a reply that makes sense. Past dealings with them have been..... frustratingly difficult.

Thanks for the reply though @Remag_Div

I will send in a support ticket soon I suppose, just gotta mentally prepare myself for that ordeal haha.

Did you check your ingame mailbox? All of the CE pets, costume, maps, and stuff should have been in the mailbox. I believe mail has a 30 day time limit before auto delete so if it was not opened and claimed in that time they could have been deleted and you might need a ticket to try and reclaim it.

@Tyreal1974 as soon as I purchased it I logged in game and I received my mount, Morag tong converter, the dwemer pet thing and the gray bear, but there was no in game mail except for my usual hireling and items sold mail. It has never appeared in my in game mail, on any of my characters.

Yeah, sounds like you are going to need a support ticket. When I got my CE digital upgrade, my ingame mailbox had one mail entry per item to either claim the item or notify me that a item was being applied to my account or placed in my collections. Though I just noticed you are on the PlayStation and maybe the PlayStations did not get in game mail like I did on the PC.

Yeah, I think it should've been in the mail as well, according to other threads I have read regarding it. None of those answered my question though, save the one I linked, but I made this just to clarify a bit.

Thanks for the replies, looks like I'll be opening a ticket and waiting a month or two for results as has been my past experience with ZOS CS...

Just as an update for anyone that might be curious or run into the same problems.

I opened a ticket, they asked me to verify the codes and my psn id and to check my mail. Not sure if they did anything or if me restoring the licences on my PlayStation did it, but after messing around and never seeing any codes, I logged in and received my discovery pack items.

So yes, the discovery pack does come with the Collector's Edition even if it wasn't preordered.
