I stoped playing just before patch 14.. how's things? is the game more balanced? I play both pvp and pve. Main is stem night blade.

After reading the patch notes i have not played the game but am missing it very much.

I can't really remember what Patch 14 was, so I can't really answer properly.

At the moment I'd describe PvP balance as the same way it has been for the past year. Which is 'just ok' it's not fantastic, but it's not a disaster. Different classes go up and down with patches. Stam NB is in a fairly good spot, however this is partially due to proc sets being very potent which a lot of people, including me dislike as they take away the 'skill factor' in pvp.

The game balance hasn't really 'improved' in a long time, just gone up and down.

This information may seem not useful but it's just what I think

I agree with you that there isn't really a real reason to properly dislike the game right now. But there's a difference between 'disliking' something and 'criticizing for improvement'. It's true that there is a lot of noise on the forum, but a lot of it has a solid basis of constructive criticism. Some things are just shouted about a bit too loud sometimes.

1.4 you say. Game will almost feel like an entirely new game to you. Get in and you'll get the hang of things.

You could say this about practically anything and it still wouldn't make it right.
