We're also adding customizable combat cues for ability and attack telegraphs. This will allow you to customize the colors displayed so that you can better identify attacks in game, making it easier for everybody to play and enjoy ESO.

Took them long enough to add proper subtitles (don't get me started by saying "you could turn them on in the chat log" - have you ever tried to play a game when deaf and looking at tiny little text mixed in with guild chat to give you the slightest idea what was going on? No, I don't expect you have, or you wouldn't say it). Subtitles were needed and were delivered way later than they should have been.
