Seem like more broken problems in the game people exploit it the most on console then pc and any other system like how is this game fun with so much technical and problems with it?

I think he's attempting to say this set is very heavily exploited on console in PvP, more so than on PC, and basically it makes the game "broken" because he sees it as almost cheating.

I haven't been in PvP recently so cannot offer an opinion on this.

@Bonzodog01 don't waste your time in pvp you will literally have a death recap of viper from five different people on it seriously the stage that the game is in it is really embarassing.

I play both PS4 and PC, there is no difference Viper is widely used on both platforms.
You see it a lot on your death recaps because so many stamina players use it.
On ESO Live they mentioned adjustments to proc sets like Viper, we will see.

PvP is the true endgame. You need humility and dedication to even become a average player.

Go beat some vet trials then master Elder Guild Trader Online. This could take 3 months to year for a new player.

Proc sets are meant to help new players be able to provide burst, ironically proc sets are also best for picking on scrubs.

Good player have adapted by learning to predicte an opponents burst combo then mitigate it.

I am going to get hated for this but...

The set is complete ***, what makes it good is the fact that Zenimax allow people to run 3 proc sets so you can light attack and deal 20k damage in PvP.

So how is equipping Viper an exploit?.. (I feel that yours and mine ideas of an exploit are radically different). Sure it gets a bit repetative dying to the same old sets over and over but thats how it goes when there are metas in pvp. If it upsets you so much you have two choices 1) take a breather, 2) Go farming and follow the meta and stack proc sets yourself.

Anyway it was announced yesterday a nerf is coming to proc sets soon, so rather than asking for a gearset to be removed from the game (on Console) wait and see what happens, whether its a nerf to proc set stacking or an out and out flat nerf across the board to all proc sets awaits to be seen, but there's one thing for sure if its a rework to how proc sets stack it aint too bad, but if its a nerf to lower the damage from proc sets then its going to have be a big one across the board on all sets or multi-procs will still dominate the death recap

I agree, viper and other stamina based proc sets should be nerfed to the ground, and get the same treatment BWD got and sorc pets got.

Ugh okay bud I don't like proc sets either, but calling it an exploit just makes you look dumb. Almost as dumb as those that call animation cancelling an exploit. It's not an exploit because it's intended to be in the game. Proc sets however are bad for the game, and that's where you should make your argument.

I tend to agree with this but I am confused by OP's comments. I play on console, why would Viper be any more of an issue here than on PC? I don't understand the logic.

But yeah, don't worry. Enough people cry every day about dieing to this set that I am sure Zo$ will give it the VD treatment.

Thread# 4,167,457,628,775 asking for Nerfs because of PvP. Everyone has access to the same classes, weapon skills, and gear. Quit trying to get proc sets nerfed to the ground for those of us that use it for PvE. Either adapt and go with what everyone else is doing or quit the game. If you decide to quit, I'll take your stuff.

If you look at nerf/improve things topics ratio it will be like 10 to 1. Then after patch everybody crying because of the nerfs.

Ask to improve other sets, not just nerf everything. We have a good hundred of rubbish sets noone uses already. No need to add all proc sets to this pile.

LOL! End-game PvP players are the most skilled players in the game? Yeah!? Lmao! :D That was the funniest thing I've read on these forums in a very long time.

Please, I must hear more. What defines a so called "end-game PvP player", and where can I find them? Because most of the so-called "elite" PvP players I come across, are just players who: Animation cancel, use proc sets, macro, zerg, and utilize resource cost poisons and poisons overall. And 90% of the time they themselves aren't even killing other people, as their gear usually does all the work. Viper is hitting the target, Selene is hitting the target, Red Mountain is hitting the target, and the poison is hitting the target. Plus whatever skill was used to activate said insta-gibs.

And it's not just stamina, by the way. There are MagSorcs all over Cyrodiil on PS4-NA who somehow can hit you with a: Light attack, Crystal Frag, Endless Fury, and Dawnbreaker all within the fraction of a second. Then upon calling them out on it, swear out how all they did was animation cancel. So by their logic, animation cancelling allows you to combine 3+ forms of damage all into 1 single shot. And that you need to learn to "git gud". Does that make them an "elite", and "end-game PvP player"? Lol.

You shouldn't generalize like that buddy, PvP is just a different world.

The animation canceling that those few Magsorcs on your server do can allow you to do them at the perfect time, using dodge rolls and instant cancel, you must be very good at doing it to do all that and it also completely respect the global cooldown.

I tell you this because you cannot use macros on console, they are just very good in what they do.
