ESO Running very slow even if i have the minimum system requierments.

So, when I play this game, i get very few fps. I think it's because the structures/the textures won't load. Because after some time, i am trying to take out and then sheate my weapons. And i have around 50 to 60 fps. But when i move 1 meter, everything gets laggy and unplayable.
I saw people with computers worser than mine and they didn't get this issue.
What can I do about this?
My specs are:
Intel I3-3110M 2.4GHz
4 GB RAM
AMD HD 8670M

When did you start playing? Just this week?

There was some issues with some ISP things near the Zos servers, so TONS of people who can normally play fine.. couldn't. It should have been fixed this afternoon, so maybe try now or in a few hours?

Though if this was before this past week.. uhm what are your graphics set at? Try lowering some of them?

I started playing a long time ago, but I just got out of that island. I am running the lowest settings possible.
It is obviously not because of the graphics settings.

That's odd. You should probably put in a support ticket and include a copy of your game consultant report. If you get a robot response - reply to that same ticket (don't create a brand new ticket)

The other thing to look at are Firewalls. Some slow the game down, some don't. But you should Trigger the Ports the game uses. Google the make and model of your Router and Port Triggering for detailed instructions. See this for ports
