Is this description right? Where can i find this set? is useful? is it true the jewelry comes only with Health and no magicka?

It's found randomly in the crates sold or given as quest rewards in Cropsford. Not a particularly useful set though. Willpower is much better.

No you cant. Its a weapons+jewelry set only...5 slots available, not 6 unless you grew a third arm.

You can combine it with willpower only if your going DW. Well, unless your only doing 2pc for each set. 3 pc willpower would be better than 2 pc of each set. If would require DW to get 3 pc willpower and 2pc of that set.

I was thinking combine willpower, wrath of imperium and julianos. 11 pieces if I use destro staff and not dual wield.

Willpower: Neck, Ring, Ring
Julianos: Feet, Legs, Chest, Arms, Waist
Imperium: Main Hand...and nothing else because imperium ONLY comes as weapons or jewelry.

Probably Julianos + Willpower + Monster + Master is much better. Or Julianos Front / Lich back, Monster set.

Both Imperium and Willpower only come in weapons and jewelry. You can't put 6 pieces in 4 slots.

I don't know what to put to my sorcerer in pvp. I have Spinners and Necropotence but I didn't had such a good experience as with julianos.

The problem is I'm using a staff which means I can equip 11 items and the options are:

1) 2 sets of 5 pieces and 1 item wasted.
2) 1 set of 5 pieces, 1 of 3, a monster set and again one item wasted.

I can't do maelstrom and get a weapon because I'm not a hardcore player, I can't run that for one hour of my life 1000 times to don't get anything I need.

Give Maelstorm a try, i got a load of Sharp weopons in my first few runs. Not everyone has the experience people moan about on here, besides it teachs you alot on timing and warding that's usefull for PvP.

That asside i did look at this set but it needs a buff. Of it was 6% Crit it might be worth it but 3%, you get that from minor prophecy alone.

If you are a pet build and stacking Magika you could go Grace of the Ancients, that or Willpower.

If you cant do vMA yet...run vDSA and get a master destro staff instead...better than a random staff and destructive touch abilities are useful for PvP

I run Spinner front bar (destro) and Lich back bar (resto), with Infernal Guardian on my sorcerer. Works pretty nice, recovery when Lich procs is just insane once you pop a pot on top, and you are at full magicka again in a few seconds. Lich is easy to farm in CoH1 on normal. I ran it with random groups and never took me more than 15 minutes per run.
