[BUG!!] 2nd time with Furniture craft recepies!! its missing!

Now it's happened again! PLEASE DO SOMETHING! Do not ignore!

Yesterday I bought this item:

Learned it.
Then I go to craft it to clothing station.....


Give me back my purchased item!!!!

Did you had the Breton Carpet, Bordered before? Could be that's your missing "runner". I had 3 purple recipes myself that had completely different name after learning them, and folks reported back the names/recipes for Breton runner and Breton carpet got switched.

Looking at your second screenshot, I can see 'Breton Carpet, Bordered' being listed twice.
I wouldn't be surprised if one of them is actually the runner you're looking for, and the name is just bugged.

(Edit to clarify; since furnishing pattern names are unique it should not be possible to have one in your list twice. On top of that, the second carpet is listed in the space where you'd expect the runner to be listed.. provided that list is in alphabetical order)

Here is proof - I contacted to crafter who can craft it. Here is screenshot. And this is Breton Runner, Bordered

Yes, but I purchased it yesterday, when bug was gone.

Oops! You're right. I totally forgot that there's different qualities with the same name.. I don't know what it could be then, other than a genuine bug. Which sucks. Have you tried creating a ticket for it? I wouldn't be surprised if a dev can put the recipe on your list, or refund you the recipe item maybe?

It's impossible to create the ticket for this matter. because when you go to menu "Item lost" it's immediately send you to some silly "recommendation" and do not give you chance to contact to technical team and write description of your problem.

In that case I'd be inclined to just create the ticket under any other category that would allow you to create one, and explain why you did so inside the ticket. It's not your fault that there's no fitting category for you to select when asking for support.
