Looking for PVE guild [PST]

Joined ESO with the introduction of Morrowind. Been starting characters - building different races/classes to get a feel for the mechanics of each until I found game mechanics that I like. Up to now, been doing most of my education via the University of Hard Knocks, Youtube, and poking my nose into everything/exploring.
If I am going to invest my time - I want to have fun. I am looking for a guild that has active gamers that actually play ESO. Joined a guild and when I logged into discord, everyone is logged into something other than ESO. I am not looking for a guild active with every game on the internet. I am looking for a guild that is focused on ESO, has and uses a voice server, and has an active membership that is actively and purposely killing everybody/everything in the game AND LOOTING THEM. I also REALLY hate typing.
I am self reliant, hate drama, and willing to learn what I don't know. I am that quiet person that doesn't say much, but when I enter a delve I do my level best to instill abject fear and dread in every NPC and creature. That and walk out of the delve with as many souls as possible. I believe firmly that if it doesn't give you loot and experience when you walk up to it, then you should kill and loot it before you walk away. I have absolutely no problem with looking an NPC in the eye and talking to them, and when their back is turned stealing everything they have.
So if you have an active ESO guild w/ voice service, and can withstand an active noob with lots of questions about the game, dungeons, boss mechanics, and a propensity towards sacking, looting, and stealing everything in sight - please let me know. I am in the Pacific time zone and login anywhere from early morning to early evening.
