Ok, I'm not too familiarized with posting screen shots or video feed; trying it, but seems can't figure it out. Oh well. So, yeah, this Morrowind patch, everything toon have been toned down some more, while enemies have been upped some. Days of whining and complaining about it have long since passed; yeah, re-adjust and drive on. So.. really no issue rampaging and terrorizing through normal PvE land, and even dolmen (although it has been upped some) is still not too bad and still soloable. Annoying as *beep* though, when keep getting knocked down, out of nowhere, by the blast from the Daedroth or boulder thrown by the Ogrim. Yeah, certain world bosses are still soloable, but some you just can't anymore. Cool, no problem. Been doing those with a group or other peeps, cause, yeah, Zen/ZOS have practically shifted some contents with the Morrowind patch into a lesser-solo friendly environment.

Ok, now with that nonsense rabbling or whatnot, finally getting into the grit of what this thread is really about. This is just so funny to me that I just have to post and share it. My death cap on my heavy-armored DK in the Gold Coast arena showed 4kish, 5kish, 5kish, and the coupe de gras of a one 13kish uppercut by that champion beeaatcchhh.. and while blocking, mind you. Ha ha ha. Oh, this patch.. I love it. My DK is about 20kish hp and with 23k spell and 16k physical resistance. This game has definitely become more challenging than before on certain contents. Thank you, Zen/ZOS. I meant this in a non-negative way, really..

I don't think npcs strength got changed this last patch.
When the snows fall and the white winds blow,
the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

    :p True dat!

Last night I switched back to my D33Ps setup after trying to take out Bittergreen with one other and getting obliterated. Forgot to switch foods and went running off to the Dolmen.

My DK is for tanking so has fairly good defensive stats even when wearing his medium sets but I was sitting around 18.5k - Daedroth one-shotted me with 18.7k hit, think I choked on all three of those ground tremors being toe-to-toe with him.

    I was :| then :o then :#

My stam sorc in all medium has 16k resists and 20k health. I expect a 13k hit on her, maybe not through block (though some dungeon bosses I expect MORE through block, so bad benchmark).

What you can do OP is slot more powerful heals. Think about it: even if you're at armor cap, a 20k hit still becomes a 10k hit. If you're at like 26k resists and have a few heals totaling like 4-5k, it won't take just two hits to kill you.

Haaa.. with Hardy and Elemental down to 15% from the previous 25%, and you're lucky to hit 14% now (not that you were able to hit 25% before) on either. But, it does make you wonder. I'm sure some NPC/enemy strengths have increased somewhat. I can't say for sure, as I haven't seen any posting, article or mentioning of it by others on it yet, but yeah, some are packing some real heat with this patch. It is quite noticeable than prior to this patch. It could also be, because our resistances have been dwindled, our toons are not negating the incoming damages as well now. Heck, I was one-shot kill with my sorc in one of the bout with that Gargoyle boss pit in Rivenspire.. and I had my Hardened Ward up too. Damn.. ha ha

Yes, a DK does have pretty good heal with either Vigor or Rally.. but, you just expect to get clobbered by such uppercut and instantaneously die from it. If I didn't see the grand ole medical plus sign hovering over my dead ton's corpse, I would have thrown on Vigor. I didn't even get the chance, ha ha. Plus, a DK's shield is such shite! Heck, prior this patch, I had soloed that damn arena and the Minotaur boss one. Oh, no, no .. not now. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
