I used a character that was "born" in Vvardenfell and had all the tier 1 writs (obtained in auridon) completed. Only the blacksmith writ was recognized by the game at the Vvardenfell turn-in location.

Bug reported.

    There is none.. its all in your home alliance on the mainland. Planned gameplay and not a bug.
    Power level to CP160 in a week:
    Where is the end game? You just played it.
    Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.

    A mod looked at the thread once and seems to have misunderstood the issue and now it looks like the bug is just being ignored despite multiple attempts and requests for confirmation and clarity on the issue.
