Xbox One ESO Plus - suggestion- put eso plus in the crown store like the trial

As a suggestion to completely resolve any issues that occur on Xbox One for ESO Plus. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_DaryaK

-Move it to the store like the trial is in the crown store.
-Let us buy a token to activate And /or possibly purchase that token via crownstore too
-Offer this in 30,90,120 days ranges subject to an amount of crowns in our balance.

Why:
ESO Plus on Xbox one for over two years often has issues where
1. The benefits don't work
2. Crowns aren't supplied to the account
3. We can't subscribe in increments like the other two platforms, we are limited to one 30 day option
4. It's not in the actual Xbox store, it's only in a hidden sku, that requires logging into the game to use the crown store anyways, that takes us to the Xbox store. Why the extra steps
5. Once paid, it often requires us to quit the game app, relaunch and log in again

    I definitely agree to with the OP. After the free trial, I found myself really enjoying ESO+ so I wanted to continue it for a few months and noticed how much of a pain it is to try and get it (in comparison to how easy it was to add the ESO+ trial right in game).

    I was a little annoyed to also see that PC/Mac and PS4 have multiple month options that result in the cost being slightly reduced and that is not something, for whatever reason, offered to xbox ESO players.

    The crafting bag is such a nice option with ESO+ as is the extra gold/xp boost of 10%. Might be nice to have just an ESO+ option that added just those as I bought most of the DLC already from the crown store. Maybe at much more reduced cost, I would imagine that most players would purchase that type of option.

    ESO + gives 1500 crowns which is almost equal to $15. A month of ESO + costs $15. What you're suggesting means that a player just needs to buy one month of ESO + and they'd have it for life.

    @Euant

    Similar to the name change or character recustomization tokens, these have to be purchased and are 1 use tokens purchased by crowns.

    The same applies here in my suggestion. There no multiple use being suggested.

    ESO Plus currently offers;
    -Double Bank Space and Furniture Limits
    -10% More Exp and Gold Gain
    -Ability to Dye Costumes & Hats
    -Crafting Bag
    -Access to all Non-Chapter DLC
    -1500 Crowns

    If one had the ability to use Crowns to buy ESO Plus months, presumably about 1500/month because that is the approximate real-life currency cost of one month before taxes, they could buy 1 token and have the ability to never have to pay real-life currency for ESO Plus again.

    Month 1: Pay $15 + Tax for 1-4 Month(s) of ESO Plus. Get all benefits and 1500 Crowns per month bought.
    Month 2-Infinity: Use the free 1500 Crowns per month received to buy that many months of ESO Plus, never needing to pay more money.

    If they made the Crown cost above 1500, there would be a financial decentive to buy it a month with Crowns instead of through XBox Marketplace. Say these tokens were 2000 Crowns each. You'd have to pay essentially $5 (plus tax) more to get the same thing on another interface which is 1-2 button presses more. Who would do that? Even if the token was 1550 Crowns, people would just buy a month/subscribe like they do now because the current Crown pack offerings force you to spend $25 for that much.

    Alternatively if these tokens didn't grant Crowns, or less than 1500/month, why would anyone pay the same amount for much less product? Again, the way to obtain ESO Plus is 1-2 button presses from the Crown store.

    Also, the reason ZoS has to provide ESO Plus to us like this is likely not their fault. The problem probably rests with Microsoft directly. Why else would PS4 get the month bundle options like PC but Xbox didn't when they (PS/Xbox) were released at the same time?

    I would also like the ability to buy 1, 3, or 6 month ESO Plus bundles for the Xbox version. But I don't understand your suggestion for any ESO Plus time being purchasable with Crowns and I think you're complaining to the wrong people about the current process.

    I think he (or she) is right, at least with how subscriptions are currently structured. The loop would go like so:

    * Buy 1500 crowns for cash
    * Use 1500 crowns to buy 30-day ESO+ Token
    * Receive 1500 crowns for 30 day sub
    * Use 1500 sub crowns to buy 30-day ESO+ token
    * Receive 1500 crowns for 30-day sub
    * Repeat ad infinitum

    The idea is "moving" eso Plus from where it exists and instead placing it elsewhere in a way that has proved to work and be user friendly. If In fact Xbox doesn't want to offer multiple month subscription options.....cool, sale tokens instead. Maybe this token is not limited to eso Plus ....just making suggestions.

    Using a token for eso Plus in the crown store to activate eso Plus. Now logically if there was a token, you wouldn't get the 1500 crowns back if you used crowns to buy the token so it would remove that loop which is why it makes better sense in the Xbox store.

    Ideally the token should be sold in the Xbox store for real money and the token would be used like the cosmetic tokens in the crown store. This way the token can be sold in 1, 3, or 6-9 tokens at a time replicating months of activation per token.

    *tokens would extend existing time if a current token is active.

    I tried getting ESO+ and for what ever reason now, I can't get it. I was able to sub last year and got my daughter to sub for 2 months ago, but something changed and now Xbox One Store will not accept my debit/credit card anymore. So now I can't sub on the Xbox One. At least for me, I am playing on PC now and Zenimax accepts my debit/credit card still.

    Just so many hassles with the Xbox One store to sub. I was going to go back to Xbox and play with my daughter but no use if I can't sub. She stopped playing as well now because she misses her loot bag lol.
    Not my quote but I love this saying

    I know this is an old thread, but what i would suggest is if you use crowns instead of actual money to purchase eso plus you just wouldn't get the crowns included with the regular sub which would get rid of that problem and would help people who have crowns but dont have money for their sub or just dont have anything to use the crowns on.
