No, but the achievements list is already known from the PTS.
OP, supposedly these issues will be fixed with Monday's patch. If they're still not fixed after the next patch, then maybe we should talk about tying achievements to a non-functioning system. But right now it's too early.7-day PVP campaign regular 2016-2019, Flawless Conqueror. MagDK/stamplar/stamwarden/mageblade. Requiem, Legend, Knights of Daggerfall. Currently retired from the wars; waiting on performance improvements.0
