There are thing that really do need a nerf... red mountain for an example.. multi stacked direct damage proc sets... so yeah people do need to make sure that a thing does need a nerf though.

I consider it to be baiting in most cases. And since Zos doesn't like "baiting", I fail to see how they allow it to fester and clog the forum with people hoping to get a rise.
