A Wood Elf Warden...

I have yet to make a stamina character that isn't Redguard or Khajiit (lol we won't discuss my early Orc), and have decided to make my StamDen a Bosmer. Because of the whole nature and stamina things going together. Make sense? Bosmer, trees, nature, animals? Okay, I'll stop. Lol.

But anyway, what do you all think? Yay or nay?

Theoretically yay because they both hug trees.

I'd say yay because I'm also considering this. Don't have any wood elves OR wardens. Other than the theme of "nature" I have no idea if it's a good build / class combo. Might be my first RP'er (or hopefully ERP ;) )

Yeah, bosmer make great stam toons. Although you most likely wont be using very many of the green balance skills.

this is your chance to make a "reasonably feasible" bow/ranged-build as Stam Warden has the stam morphs for subterranean assualt and cutting dive (which are not classed as melee so you would not get any benefit from Redguard regen-passive anyway)

go for it...if it works let me know as i have yet to add a tree-hugging Bosmer to my list of chars :)

    Enchanted Forest ulti
    Soothing Spores stamina heal
    Leeching Vines for Lifesteal
Green Lotus for additional self heal and Weapon Crit

Either way you're gonna be either:

    1) A cliff racing zerg surfer which isn't even as good as it's magicka counterpart

    2) Basically a stamsorc without the crit surge so you die in like 3 sec

pls give stamward some love :(

my first warden was a stamina bosmer.
    My second a magica argonian.

I have a wood elf stam warden and cant think of a better race to fit the class, it really matches together and she is very decent as well, even with just houndings. Im not a great player, but for the first time I kick ass in pvp xD! Cant wait to give her some great armor and see how it goes from there!!!

Here she is. My first Bosmer toon, and StamDen. Now if only ZOS releases a mask-like cover for the nose and mouth only, and daggers to resemble sai weapons. Or perhaps a new spear/staff weapon line, and I'll have Kitana/Jade from Mortal Kombat.

My stamina NB, Sorc, and Warden are all Bosmer (favorite race) and I enjoy all of them.

21% regen (Bosmer) + 12% regen (animal companion passive) means really good regen on stam warden.

Right now I'm leveling in non-vet PVP (Level 32ish) and doing pretty well. I'm not very good at PVP, but this is one of my best runs.

To be fair i only like the ultimate and green lotus.

Leeching vines i'm not too fond off, too low heals and spores is expensive and quite weak.

All my chars r bosmer, cause looks....half r specced for max stamina, other half for max magicka.
Cleared vma, healed vdsa and soloed v-volenfell on magplar.

Your choice to play a char u like to play cause it looks great or to only play builds that r approved by @meta.

Dont confuse "viable" and "most efficient tactics available". Any race/class-combo is viable. Only dunmer magsorc is meta for a dd (or was it? dont care enough to keep track, sry^^). You can clear all content with a viable spec. To become leaderboards next topmonkey, u need to be very skilled and keep chasing the newest fotm.

Edit: Oh sht, that username actually exists xD sry for tagging

There's a lot of truth to your response, and I'm happy to see you've had so much success in going about doing what you please. I suppose I could learn a lot from what you posted, and for that I thank you for sharing said knowledge with me.

Actually, I use the Enchanted Growth morph (magica version) on my stam warden. I use it exclusively for the stam regen.

My main Stam nightblade is a wood elf and does very well. My warden is an Orc. I actually like the racial sprint passives. With Enchanted Growth, Bull Netch, and Bird of Prey active, I can damn near sprint forever and be ALMOST as fast as a max speed horse. Once I got bull netch, I was able to keep up with my friend on horseback while we were questing in morrowind together.

Thank u for saying that. I struggled a lot with not making a meta class warden healer. I Couldent bring myself to face my guild reaction to not being the best race for the role. So I made a breton one and have already done a lot of content with it.

But I hate bretons. I wanted a wood elf magicka warden healer. I can't find any joy in playing this breton warden I made as its just not a woodelf.

So today ima start and level up my warden woodelf healer. And its nice to see people saying that your race does not effect your ability to do content.

sadly even if you are magicka Warden the whole ice skill line is still pretty useless...it needs a high-damage instant-cast direct ice skill, something like the Ogres in Wrothgar or the LaLaLaa Women (Wisp Mothers) then we might be able to make a half-decent Cryomancer

let's face it, that poor excuse for DK chains they have should be removed/replaced

The Ice skill line is the tanking abilities. If you're using Ice for DPS, you're doing it wrong. Each of the class lines has a specific use.

    Animal Companion - DPS
    Green Balance - Heals
    Ice - Tanking

You do know there's a passive in the Animal companion tree that heals you every time a companion is "unsummoned" or killed? This includes casting the cliff diver, betty/bull netch, bear, or using the subterrain assault skill. IMHO this is a BETTER heal than crit surge as you don't need to keep the buff active.

I had a wood elf for a while. I got tired of being so damn small though. Even my horse was small since they scale to your toon's size. It was like riding my little pony around town.

My stamina warden is my heretic bosmer. I RP, PvE, and PvP, and she fits it all perfectly well. Good thing about bosmer is they get more out of the Camoran drink because of their passives, and if you decide to PvP they're a very strong race because of those said passives.
