Most guilds have switched over to Discord as their in-game voice service. However, I distrust any business that offers their service for free, and then gathers information on the people that use their service. In my opinion - If you are not paying for it, you are not the customer. You’re the product being sold.
I enjoy gaming with friends, gaming by yourself gets old after a while.
Arbiters of Stendarr is a guild I’m starting that provides a Mumble server for in-game voice services. I want to keep the guild small enough that when you login to mumble, you know everyone and they know you. I hate typing, I tend to ignore chat while in game as it distracts me from the game, and I can say more and faster than I can by typing it. At times I don’t have much to say, and others I like to talk. But most of all, I like making new friends, and talking is an easier way to make friends compared to texting.
I have a low tolerance for drama and needy people. I can express myself without cussing, can disagree with someone in a civilized and thoughtful manner, and be respectful to others. I expect others to be self-reliant, and use common sense, and know things about the game I don’t know. Most of all I’m looking for people that like talking to each other, and doing things together every so often. Headset or mic is required. If you are using a mic or like to eat while wearing your headset, push-to-talk is required.
If interested send me a message in game for an invite.
