What angers me the most is that they will not acknowledge that there is a problem. I have not seen such circus since the beginning days of Everquest. An announcement that they know there is a problem and are working to fix it would go a long way.
Tomorrow they start a promotion to sell more ESO+ subscriptions. As usual, the Marketing department is pushing for more revenue while they obviously can't serve the current customer base adequately. I do not have a subscription and I only paid 13 bucks for the game so pulling the plug and moving on isn't really a big deal for me. They screwed up once, they got a second chance. They won't get a third one.
So, if they aren't taking notice of the complaints what can one do? Those of you who are ESO+ subscribers can send a message by revoking your membership until they acknowledge the problem and do something about it. The people who talked me into buying this game a couple of months ago are pissed enough to do just that. Yesterday they cancelled their subscription starting next month. They will re-subscribe when they can play the game again. If enough people do that Zenimax WILL take notice.
