Sword-Singer Set is not applying to Rally

The Sword-Singer 5th piece states "add 450 weapon damage to your two handed abilities" (440 for the SS). It is not being added to Rally. Adding weapon damage to Rally increases the heals.

Side note with Rally.

The minor savagery (active effect) that is cast from the (2hand) Rally ability will count down normally when cast by itself, but when used before (or after) Relentless focus (assassination ability) the ability counter will count down to 18 then reset (20,19,18,20) I assume this is do to the nightblade (assassination passive) hemorrhage.

Have you tried this with automaton set? It's virtually the same stat but you also get it applied to all physical damage so if it works with rally you may just want to switch over.

Yes I have both sets, and it doesn't/shouldn't.

Automaton adds 400 weapon damage to your Physical Damage abilities. Since Rally doesn't do damage, I understand this. I would expect Sword-Singer giving the buff to Rally is the offset of giving up weapon damage on your Ultimate Abilities, unless you use Beserker's Strike.

Sword-Singer adds 450 Weapon damage to your 2 Handed Abilities, which includes Rally/Forward Momentum. Edit: Should Include Rally/Forward Momentum.

I noticed the PTS patch notes didn't include this.

It only makes sense for this to add weapon damage to Rally and morphs. The Eyes of Mara set reduces the cost of ALL skills, including ultimates. Sword-Singer should add weapon damage to ALL two handed abilities!

Ahhh.. see, this is what I'm talking about. A response from a good ZOS's rep on a bug reporting post. In this case, it's from the great @ZOS_GinaBruno. It is encouraging when we get a response, such as this. Thank you, Gina!

I get it.. there are mountain pile of posting to shift through and look over; however, when a seemingly semi to major bug problem has been posted for weeks and even months, and there is seemingly no feedback from ZOS's side of the house, it is more or less discouraging. I hope you good folks at the ZOS lounge continue this encouraging communication. It is awesome to hear that this issue, or bug, is being worked on and expected sometime on future patch (whenever that will be.)

Now again.. can we "PLEASE" get our missing character slot back; PS4, particularly.. when?? Still 9/10 here. Would like to create another StamPlar, but each day I don't have that slot to create one, I am losing the ability to buy mount's training (i.e. speed/stam) for each day that I don't have that new toon up. Although, won't lose any sleep over it, it is still a bit frustrating!
