Werewolf movement speed is so Slow..

I enjoy my orc Stamsorc wearing Cowards gear , however i am also a Werewolf and i know that the maximum movement speed is capped at 100 % more from the base cuz some builds used to sprint faster than a mount , BUT i think Werewolf should be exception becouse you cannot mount in WW form and now the 30% MS bonus in WW form is a total waste . I sprint equaly fast in Human and WW form . There are very few of us who use WW ulti in Cyro and now we have one more reason not to use it.

The fact that werewolves can't shake or grant snare immunity is a reason they should have the TOP landspeed in game.

If the devs add to the Salvation set 5 piece immune to Snares when in WW form it will be a win win for making the set more attractive and the Werewolf more viable for the open world pvp.

Yeah, I find immovability pots are an absolute must while in werewolf form.

Do have to agree that werewolves have to have it from... Being werewolf. Which by definition means running faster than most players for sure :)

Yeah, increasing the Base sprintspeed of characters while in WW form could be interesting.

Transformed werewolves automatically get the coward's gear set speed bonus from being werewolves (they get major expedition while sprinting, even without the set).

That's why they do not sprint faster with the set - two major expedition bonuses do not stack. It is not because of the speed cap.

It didn't work like that before. It wasn't Major expedition in Werewolf. Just a speed boost. It would stack with speed potions and still does. But because of the Cap that was placed on this update it no longer works if you are in 7 medium.

For me it's Orc steed mundus major and minor expedition werewolf reaches the cap. I used to be able to stack medium armor on top and get even more speed. Haven't figured out the best way to reach maximum without going overboard. But now it won't benefit me.

I tested it with a redguard WW. No minor expedition, no racial bonus, no steed mundus. This particular setup does not hit the speed cap.

Yet the speed sprinting was exactly the same in and out of WW form. Which means WW form automatically grants major expedition while sprinting, and it does not stack with the major expedition from the set(naturally).

If it was the speed cap that was slowing your orc down, then my redguards WW form would be faster than his human form(since he doesn't hit the cap either way).

(I will test the speed potion tho, just to be sure. If it makes my WW sprint faster, then you have a case.)

Please do. Tag me when you find out. I'm a console user so no addons available. Plus Zos math is difficult to keep track of lol. Don't forget The CP passive for the 2%.

The Werewolf 30% bonus speed is independent , its not a buff like a Mjaor Expedition and it stacks with it , atleast that how it used to work post morrowind.

This is how it still works. Keep in mind that there is a 100% movement speed cap.

    Sprint 40%
    Werewolf 30%
    Major Expedition 30%

Will get you to your 100% cap.

Medium Armor passive, Orc passive, Mundus, Windrunner, minor expedition all don't matter if you are a werewolf sprinting.

So the trick is to find 40% on top of the WW and ME bonuses so that one doesn't have to burn resources on Sprint?
