    Bethesda support acknowledged it on Twitter. And that was a day ago. How many times we've been told Bethesda and Zenimax are different and the roles are different? Why hasn't the company in charge of the game given updates on an ongoing problem for the game they manage?

    To save money, or be consistent among the Brands, they are using Bethesda Support on Twitter. Personally, I wish they would not do that. I don't care about Quake, Doom, and Legends outages.

    Good to know. After several days of back and forth with customer support, they just closed my support case with the suggestion that I could contact my ISP if there are routing issues.

    I received a survey, to which I responded with my displeasure about how this is just being brushed off.

    I also canceled my subscription.

    Update: Customer Support contacted me, acknowledged that there had been a problem with one of the major routing nodes. They say they contacted the administrator and helped resolve the issue.

    I can confirm that lag is gone. How is everyone else?

    Still bad. The last hop before their server (in Garland) still shows wild latency. 50ms one second, 800ms the next. This is at all hours. In game, this shows as regular latency spikes, making the game laggy at best or unplayable at worst, depending on other mysterious factors.

    LOL that's some amazing work they are doing in the server ops department (that doesn't seem to exist).

    The numbers thing is always going to be there, but it’s more down to player skill and there are ways through ability choice to configure a group to be stronger vs. large groups of people. - BRAIN WHEELER - 2012 - LOL
