PS4 Lag literally unplayable (for everyone)

The lag right now is ridiculous. 4 second delay on every spell cast and everyone teleporting everywhere, EVERYONE in general chat is having same thing it's not just me like the mega server sucks some serious nuts and isn't as mega as it needs to be. WTB a fix, not like your broken Dungeon finder you've neglected for 6 months. And BG you sold only to be completely handicap. GG zennimaxipad doing a great job with your game. And I must say the crown store runs flawlessly. Priorities devs, priorities...

celner4_ESO✭✭✭✭It's ridiculous andnover the holiday too, I want a subscription refund or crown compensation for dealing with neglected bugs all the time. Dungeon finder completely messed up. Trials crashing all the time or bosses not reappearing after a wipe. Blue screening in certain areas of the game. patricknl76✭✭✭They dont care as long as people keep spending money on it its all good for them . When you have a bug with crownstore or housing stuff its fixed with the next maintenance . I have achievement bugs for about a year after numerous tickets and posts. And a lot of people bought morrowind even while the game ran like crap before that . So they can sit back , relax and go back in ignore mode until they come up with the expansion/dlc/100$ cavehouse.1
