Set Weapon Drops from Overworld Bosses

Did they lower the drop rate of set weapons from overworld bosses?
Like 8 months ago I was able to farm a couple hours in Deshaan to get what I needed, or just buy them for like 20k-30k. But over the weekend I spent probably closer to 5 hours not getting a single weapon and all the weapons I see in the plague doctor set (with the trait I need) are being listed at over 200k or more.

✭My friend has spent, including the time his help has been there, will over 100 hrs for maiden swords. That. Is nuts. He's made 1.4m farming for it. Although he could buy, he won't bc it would defeat all the time he's spent already.

What has changed to make that the new meta? I have been using plague doctor for ages and people always kept telling me that having a huge pool of health isn't everything. Now all of a sudden everyone is jumping on it?[XBOX][NA]
