Red Mountain Proc on Quick Siphon

Was playing around and found that not only does quick siphon proc red mountain, but you can cast it on back bar and switch bars to make ANY damage proc red mountain.

I'm guessing it can be purged though? So maybe not so OP. Is this a bug that it works like this?

Is your weapon enchantments damage base because these enchantments also proc red mountain. Atleast mine did when I used it.

Do you mean like Oblivion, Flame, Frost, etc.?

If so yes.

Yea Weapon enchantments are the work around for many odd procs

Like Infernal Guardian with a Shield weapon enchantment and Frost enchantment for Ice Furnace.

Though I can't remember is weapon enchantment proc off damaging Class skills.

Well yeah, that's why it's become meta on mag sorcs and stamina DW builds in PvP. It may as well have a 100% chance proc rate too, cause it's adds up for example, crushing shocks 3 hits to give it a 30% chance. It's proccing off stuff it shouldn't and has a much higher chance of proccing than 10%.

But hey, gotta wait til atleast September for it to be fixed and even then Zos may just forget about it.
