What r your PCs specs?
Recommended PSU for the GTX 980 is 500W, the overclocked version could eat up more even. Tho if this was the issue, the system should shut down instead of logging u out.
Id also recommend using a SSD and going for 16GB RAM.
Another thing worth trying: copy the gamefolder from the pc where it is running to the pc where it isnt. u can put it on the 2nd hdd and launch directly from ..\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso64.exe
Did u mess around in the ..\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\UserSettings.txt? iirr there where some settings concerning shaders, cpu usage and so on.
Random guesses: Any errors in the eventlog? gpu drivers crashing? access violations on memory? unknown devices in the device manager? chipset and gpu drivers up to date?
Open wifi w/ dhcp?
So I just had to send them a screenshot to prove it was happening without addons installed. I guess because I keep putting my addons back on they don't believe that it was happening with it off. So this time I streamed it too. I don't think it will let me link it, but the vod is on my twitch, username is Tal_Raja
I am getting so frustrated. And the fact that it is only this game is making it worse. Much more intensive games run just fine.

No link. I don't see anything after the phrase "streamed it too". When I click on quote, I see all the way up to your username, but nothing after that.
Anything in your Event Logs after the game crashes to login?
What I find most interesting is that only the Dell computer boots you to the login screen. What is the network adapter on that Dell BTX Motherboard?
<- EDIT ->
Have you tried matching the network adapter Link Speed, Advanced and Power Management settings on the Dell BTX Motherboard to that of the network adapter on the Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H-BK Black Edition. They may not be able to match exactly of course, but try getting them as close as possible.
