Ashlander Daily Quests

I cannon see the quest giver for the Ashlander daily quests. The Quest giver to unlock it doesn't appear or the daily quest givers. Any ideas why they don't appear to me? Only happens on one character.

Problem solved! I just have to complete the series of quests to unlock it!

Actually, I have the same problem but already finished the questline to get the dalies on one of my toons. Two other toons do not have this problem
