8th time in less than 10 minutes getting grey box of " this game isnt *** working"

as the title suggests, I keep trying to play the game mainly in pvp sotha sil, I get 30 secs of movment then bam grey box of "we cant produce the game you pay for but will keep taking your money" hell even got one windows one of eso has stopped working, no *** its been not working for years even windows is catching on that zos arnt producing the product we pay for. lets keep it in beta so we arnt liable for jack *** when taking our customers for a ride. rant over ill try again

    So you're getting the crash to desktop with the report error box?

    If so are you actually submitting the errors and have you filed a support ticket or posted the error in the support section asking for assistance?

    yes I'm submitting the reports. how can I put in a ticket when I cannot get in game longer than a minute or two?

    There is a button on the right side of the page which says "Web Assist" if you click that you can then log in (link above all the platform icons, on the red bar) then you can go through the normal process of submitting a ticket.

    Just remember to be polite to the support team, try everything they say*, and hopefully they'll be able to troubleshoot the issue with you.

    * I say this because we all do the "I know better and that's not the issue" thing, and we have all at some point found out that was the issue and we didn't know better.
