Mg Nb pvp healer ideas

ashdstampede1
First time posting so idk how this works. But looking for help on making my mg nb main into a pvp healer. I know there are better healer classes and meta builds, but i like to ovoid all that and try to make my own dun but somewhat efficint char.
I tryed nb healer once by focusing funel with rapid regen and healing warding. I just hid in the shadows and shileded people when they where in trouble and applied hots on them. Since i was nb i would just cloak and was a healer that was hard to be focused.
So the main question is, any ideas on what to use, ability wise/armors sets or has any one ever tryed pvp nb healer?

Wizards reposte + transmutation + troll king
Tavas heavy + transmuation w/ blur + bloodspawn

    Seducer/julianos/rattlecage heavy + transmutation + malubeth

    Primaries

funnel health - does not double dip via battle spirit
Mutagen - small scale organized pvp
Restoring path - shadow barrier passive 5h is very good
Mass hysteria - block penetrating CC, invaluable.
Inner light - on funnel health / main bar
Siphoning strikes - morph dependant on food/gear
Lights champion - small scale organized pvp
Healing ward - emergency heal small scale pvp

    Flex

    Entropy
    Crippling grasp
    Ele drain
    Merciless resolve
    Shadow image
    Mist form
    Cloak
Blur (if running tavas - mandatory)
    Sap essence

Message me if you want further help. There are only a hand full of people on these forums that actually know anything in this catagory if im being brutally honest.

Dedicated nb pvp healers are exceptional.

@exeeter702 So, transmutation key set which i like. Whats the percentage on the crit resistance. Like is 25% less crit dmg with that 1k ish buff?
What is the main idea for mg nb healing. Like spam regen/mutagen then spam funnelH. Im usualy zerg surfing or small grp with buds. but mainly in the zerg ballls. I save lights champ to counter destro bombers.

Pretty much funnel health and mutagen first and for most. Maintain these two always. In small scale pvp esp. bgs, restoring path is very good. It serves as a kiting/peeling tool and and also as your primarg resistance buff. You will have lights champion up very often even without going with Blood spawn monster set.

Everything else is standard mnb tech. Kite with image, mistform and cripple. Fear when needed. Throw the occasional healing ward when high burst is out.properly manage siphoning attacks uptime. Of all the healers, nbs are the most elusive and do not have to rely on magicka dump burst heals to combat high damage. And they do this while doong respectable damage.

Cool tanx for the info people. I was playing it again and doing the funel mutag and refresh spaming. Was keeping zergs up and lots of hots every where. And transmute buffs going of. Felt nice. Still need to see where to put cripling and other abilities to my play style. I got cloak and rapids (i cant live with out rapids for traveling) fear, mirrage, entropy. my regen hits like 3k with what the pvp mag pots.
I got 5 transmute, 3 willpower, 3 alteration. But thats becasue i get lazy to farm or check guild stores. So far so good. Tanx for the help with mag nb heal play style. Now i just got to upgrade things and add another 5 set.

Recently started running Transmutation + Wizard's Reposte

I can only echo all of those saying these two sets are a great combo on magicka NB. I run these with Skoria for a more balanced build but you can run whatever monster set you prefer.

    Bar 1 Destro
    Funnel health
    Dampen magic
Flame reach (can switch with crippling grasp)
    Impale
    Path (heal morph)
Ultimate: Soul assault or Ice comet (destro ultimate if using crippling grasp)

    Bar 2 Resto
    Merciless
    Heal ward
    Rapid regeneration
    Mist form
    Siphon attacks
    Ultimate: Resto ultimate

This is really fun in battlegrounds and excels greatly with small groups. In cyrodiil prepare to get tons of AP in groups (small or zergs).
