Switch bars and freeze for 3 seconds

So the title says it all, for the last hour or so every time I switch bars I completely freeze for about 3-5 secs, then every movement/attack/ability I hit during that time pops at simultaneously like some trash macro user, if I don't die while I'm frozen obviously.
I use to be a PVP'er like you but then I took a lag spike to the knee.
