[PS4] [NA] [Picture] Blank Member Info in Guild Roster

This has occured twice in our Guild, one members info will be blanked out. The first member we removed then re-added, which fixed the problem temporarily until it happened again. They will always show at the top of the logged out section, this members name has been like this for months. I figured I'd finally get around to reporting it here.
