FPS spikes only when playing Warden

OK so I've been playing ESO for less than two weeks now, and I love it, I haven't encountered any technical issues in terms of FPS and such up until I upgraded to Morrowind and created a Warden; then I've started to experience some odd FPS spikes in large cities, mostly in Daggerfall. I tried looking into it and thought there was something wrong with my PC, as you may guess nothing was wrong with it, all temps were fine, no overheating at all or anything. Today some random guy was asking in zone chat if anybody was experiencing those FPS spikes as I do, I was so happy to know I wasn't alone and we tried to look into the problem together. This guy asked me if I was a Warden, I said I was and he said those FPS spikes don't happen on any of his other characters, I was kinda skeptical because what sense there is in that but I tried because it couldn't hurt and he was right. Those FPS spikes happen only when I play on my Warden, and I've tried playing in any condition on my other characters, it runs smoothly.

Can anybody relate?

Edit: Browsing through this section I've seen a lot of people rant about queue FPS drops and I think that's the actual culprit. Sorry. Can be locked
