Latency Problems

I used to always have a latency of about 80-120 sometimes as low as 40, since the Morrowind update its been more like 180-220. To me it is noticeable and aggravating, so I went and did the port triggering and still the same thing (Im not sure I did this right), iv tested my internet still 100+ MBps. Before Morrowind it was fine, so my thinking is the servers have more load on them now so everyone has got a slow down? If not could someone help me please
When I did the port forwarding I had to have a " Trigger Port" for outgoing, the best thing I could find online that this should be was " Anything as long as their all the same for ESO." So I used 25 for the trigger port.
