    Just one favorite??

    Shadowfen for beauty and atmosphere.
Rivenspire for questing and great storyline.
Vvardenfell for pure enjoyment and nostalgia. When that Morrowind music starts...

Auridon is so beautiful. I am always struck by its beauty whenever I visit it and wonder why I left. I just liked the way the story built through that zone, subtile intregue to all out daedra summoning.

Rivenspire is both ugly and kind of beautiful in a goth way so I kind of see why it is popular but there is just too much brown in most of it.

Gold Coast. Beautiful place with beautiful guard-ladies in Anvil (often kind, sometimes flirting - my hero even likes to be stopped by them!).
    And with Dark Brotherhood.
    Only hate nixads.

Although I still saw not whole Morrowind, maybe that will become my favourite place after I'll finish it.

Houses: Erstwhile Sanctuary as actual Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, Hunter's Glade as werewolf tavern (downstairs), Strident Springs Demesne as adventurer's house.

Auridon. Simply love everything about it. Music, pink trees, relaxing feel, nice climate, forests. . . .

Only think I dislike about Auridon is music, tbh. While you quest to prevent numerous assassination plots on 9th era spaceship, kill racist and stuff, that music is too much MyLittlePony for me.

Rivenspire is leading the stats ...with a margin...

I have been playing ESO only for like 3 months and I have not yet stepped into that zone.

Should particularly watch out for it

    It is the story.

Rivenspire has the best story in all the game, hands down. Stonefalls has a good story, Greenshade has a great story (really, that's my second favorite), but Rivenspire is the only one that makes you feel you are playing a TES game.

Haven't tried Vvanderfell yet, so I can change my mind, but till now, Rivenspire.

Story in Rivenspire is not bad, but still far from one in Stonefalls. If I would rate stories from zones, Rivenspire would be top5 for sure.

Always changing for me, depending on my mood I guess. Lately, I've been spending time on Vvardenfell. And I usually spend my time either there, the Gold Coast, or Wrothgar. I've been playing a dark elf since the original Morrowind game, so I think Vvardenfell will become my character's home.

Tied between Alik'r desert and Hew's Bane. But since Hew´s Bane is technically part of the bigger desert, I´ll go with Alik'r.

Both areas are beautiful in every light, have great sound sets and weather effects and I really like the quest lines and the Redguards.

Greensahde is underrated. People forget how good it was because all the other jungle zones sucked.

    A lot of emotional quests:

    - Wilderking quest line
    - Sylvenaar quest line
    - Helping the hollow servant restore its memories
    - Helping the guy gather flowers for his dying lover
    - Deciding the fate of some tree elf squatters
    - The Falinesti quest

Rivenspire, closely followed by Vvardenfell and Coldharbour nowadays. Then Wrothgar, Stonefalls, Deeshan and Glenumbra come to my mind.

Alone from the look I like the Gold Coast. I always loved those endless rolling grass lands in TES Oblivion in the Imperial Reserve and I think Zos did a good job there in ESO.

For the looks Vvardenfel (it is awesome, well crafted) Auridon and Kenarthis Roost are great too

For spending time i love Rawl Kha in Reapers March, weather is great there and it has convenient crafting stations and bank close to wayshrine

Quests: Reaper's Marsh, I love the main stoy there with Khali and Shazah, it is really sad but also beautiful. And some of the sidequests are enjoyable too, like the prank quest

    Environment: the Rift.

Best city: Abnar's Landing (TG zone)

    Alik'r.

It's probably the most lore friendly visually, and also looks beautiful. Craglorn looks gorgeous too, as does Rivenspire. Bangkorai looks great and has a lot of variety, but doesn't reflect the lore too well. Every zone in Valenwood can sod off for being the least lore friendly zones in the entire game. It didn't even meet their concept art designs, let alone the lore. I think this engine really struggles with trees... Concept art clearly suggests it was supposed to be dark and dense, and no other zone in the game has any forest or woodland at all. Weird.

Imperial City is my favorite by a wide margin. I love the aesthetic and overall layout, but what I love most is the constant feeling of danger and vigilance.
