Submitting/creating a ticket

I want to submit a ticket for an in-game issue, via my laptop, yet when i go to use web assistance, I get an option to select platform, nature of issue and a drop down box to be more specific. Yet this is where it all ends. I have no options to actually go further into the submission process. No pop up box to give my details, not "next' screen tab and so on. It looks all rather convoluted and frustrating truth be told. Would someone be so kind as to link me to the proper page as it just may be me that's being an idiot?

    I also was not able to find the submit button last time, bugged??

    It's all set up so you can't send a ticket or at least to make it as frustrating as possible. Used different browsers just in case it was a browser issue. Just as you think you're getting somewhere, you're faced with a set of very restrictive options, none of which have much to do with the issue I have. Then nothing after that. Can't continue with the submission.

    Am guessing you pc/mac - this what they have on the support page
    "To submit a support ticket you'll need to log in to the support portal and use the Web Assistant. If you are unable to log into the support portal, you can use this Account Recovery form for specialized assistance from our support team."

    Which browser are you using? Reason I ask is when I am on the forum a lot of the buttons are hidden if I use IE11 - they still there if I move my mouse over them.

    I'm actually on PS4. Used Firefox, chrome and IE. No dice with the buttons. I'll try the link you provided in case it works. Thanks for the effort, though! Much appreciated.

    Thanks again. I managed to get one submitted using the missing crown store item option, even though it has nothing to do with a crown store purchase. It was about the only option that came up with the button to progress it. I'll see how i get on.
