I want to submit a ticket for an in-game issue, via my laptop, yet when i go to use web assistance, I get an option to select platform, nature of issue and a drop down box to be more specific. Yet this is where it all ends. I have no options to actually go further into the submission process. No pop up box to give my details, not "next' screen tab and so on. It looks all rather convoluted and frustrating truth be told. Would someone be so kind as to link me to the proper page as it just may be me that's being an idiot?
