Quest for Soul-Shriven skin?
Hi there peeps, I wanted to know whether I have to close all of the dark anchors in Tamriel to obtain the quest to find Molag Bal in the Imperial City to have an attempt in finding the soul-shriven skin? I'm already aware of the drop rate but I just needed to know the lead-up to the quest.

Saturnana✭✭✭✭✭Imperial City is a DLC, so I would not expect a direct link/dependency between 'vanilla' ESO and a DLC quest.
Having said that, I've yet to complete all Tamriel anchors and I haven't even started IC yet so I don't know for sure.@Saturnna | PC / EU

MalakithAlamahdi✭✭✭✭✭For as far as I know molag ball just has a chance to drop the skin, no quests needed for it. The drop rate is terrible though
