It came to my attention that all my DLC's that I purchased from Crown Store are not Account Bound, like "Morrowind" is..
My friend who owns "ESO:Gold Edition" has the DLC's on both NA & EU servers from a single purchase of the game however, including "Morrowind"..
Is there any way I can have the DLC's that I purchased for my Account on both NA & EU without re-purchasing them?
