Stuck in Loading Screen - Even when the loading is actually complete

This issue happens when you enter an instance, e.g. delves, public dungeons or group dungeons. After some time in the loading screen, you hear the sound of a door closing, the bgm of the instance starts playing, people running around, using skills, but you are still in a loading screen, and you cant do anything, even alt+f4. I have to kill the program with task manager.

Happens to me sometimes too, on PS4 NA. One time I realized I was stuck in one of those loading screens when I entered a delve, and I tried to blindly turn my character around to exit the door to see if it would reload, but it didn't work, I guess the "X" prompts don't work in those situations. Still had to hard close the game, which is super annoying.
