Insane cyrodil lag [bug] [XB1]

Oh yes its a bug. Yes its been happening for a long time. And yes it is unplayable lag. I'll keep this short and sweet since its a bug report, But Please can someone from zos comment on this. Its only getting worse and myself and sooooo many others are sick to death of it. Taking 3-6 hits to bar swap and cast abilities/skills. This is not right. There is no place in cyrodil safe from this, and there is no combat except large scale anyway, but even small scale in between keeps gets lag like this ( because its near the big keep fights). Please, i just want to know if this ever gets fixed. My whole group quit pissed off tonight because of lag/crashing for a couple hours. unreal.
