Can you sell Viper set in guild stores?

I may be having a moment, and I apologize if that's the case, but I'm sitting here looking at Boots of the Viper for sale in a guild house and I could've sworn this set was bound to the group that did the dungeon and couldn't be sold. Am I missing something?

✭✭✭✭✭It used to be Bind on Equip when it dropped in Sanctum... Then they changed it and moved the set to Fungal Grotto.
