Can't Loot Boss / Mobs (Target Out Of Range)

I've been having this issue more frequently lately as does the rest of my party members in the dungeon with me. The most recent was in the Vaults of Madness when we defeated the titan boss and couldn't loot him. We stood there for 5 minutes before giving up trying different angles and even jumping while trying to loot. Is anyone else experiencing this?
