@ZOS_GinaBruno I have a Bug. Can you or any anyone help or reproduce this picture. As you will see i don't have my racial's.
Steps to get here.
1.Create character.
2.Skip playing morrowind tutorial.
3.Open skill window to find i have no racial's and some how got base game main skill line without starting it.
4.Teleport to house.

✭✭Solution: Read patch notes before creating a bug report.
Since morrowind they changed it, so you don't see your racials until level 5 when you can spend the first point in it. As you might have noticed you also don't see armour skill lines untill you put on 3 pieces of that type or weapon skill lines untill you killed someone while using that weapon.
The reasoning behind this was, that they try not to confuse new players with too many skill lines to choose from.0
