Hey all wondering how these effects interact with eachother or if at all?
Siphoning Strikes
Degeneration
Red Diamond Passive
Havnt had the chance to craft or enchant but also the life drain enchant on weapon.
Also applying minor lifesteal to enemies weather through blood altar or restoration skill line.
I also run drain essence morph from vampire skill line that gains ultimate, the siphon ult, and swallow soul, but am more concerned about the melee attacks.
All this is for pve atm as im still leveling up and dont want to get wrecked in pvp until im all leveled up n geared.

✭If it's not a named Major or Minor buff, it stacks. You just can't have the same Major/Minor buff twice. So no double Minor Lifesteal. You can have 1 Major and 1 Minor on the same named buff at the same time, though. Like Minor and Major Sorcery.Edited by dpencil1 on June 28, 2017 12:04AM1
