Is the Resource Pool CP % Increase supposed to be Multiplicative with other % Bonuses?

Since it currently is. The Bonus Magicka from CP will be multiplied by: Breton Racial, Bound Aegis, Grace of the Ancients, and Inner Light. These are the only ones I've tested, and while they're all additive with one another, they're multiplicative with the CP % bonus. Is this working as intended?
