Random lagspikes only when i play my warden

Hello everyone.
So...I have several chars, but like many others I made a warden when morrowind came.
Problem is that when I play this char I get spikes in all zones all the time..
Anyone else?
I don't get this.

It's just random lagspikes/freeze..
Happens all the time..only on this char

Are you on ps4? I think I've experienced the same thing.

Are you using any of the winters embrace skills when you freeze?

I am PC EU, I don't use winter's embrace skills cause i hate the cold and NERF dualwield, but I am dead serious.

I just can't figure out this issue.
Been around since beta, but this bug is just weird..

same here , only on my stam sorc

changed to normal video setting and runnig more then ok now
