Any news on a fix for budding seeds? When max level, hitting again for the burst heal does nothing. It worked fine untill it hit IV then stopped. Also the class buff i believe its called expanisive frost cloak doesnt get applied to you all the time. Not sure if this is intended. It seems to be affected by aoe caps. If there are more then 6 people around you give it to others but not yourself. Not around friendly targets it always applys.

Wolfenbelle✭✭✭✭✭I started a warden a couple of weeks ago and find that the warden skills level extremely slowly...almost not at all. I don't know if this is a bug or a feature of the warden, but this is making it impossible for me to swap out new skills to level them.
Warden is the first new character I've started in about two years (been playing ESO since pre-launch in 2014), so maybe something changed since then with leveling skills on a new character. Don't know, but what's happening in leveling my warden skills is definitely not "normal" compared to my past experiences leveling characters.
I do all quests (zone, main story, guilds), get all shards, know to use a bar with leveling skills when turning in quests, etc., but the warden skill progress bars barely move at all. I gave up on the mushroom skill because of this...the progress bar never moved. I even submitted feedback and a request for help in the in-game "question" tool. Their response was to post info here in the bug reports forum.

It has to do with the whole skill. There is an issue with the heal for the base skill, both morphs, and the instant heal on Budding Seeds. Seems random when it does or doesn't heal so idk what causes it.
