Vicecanon Set bug

I am not sure what causes this bug (The DoT or the HoT) but when the poison procs on some enemies it breaks my shadowy disguise and I don't know if it is intended or not . And no it wasnt someone spamming mage light or some other thing . I testedd it and it foes happen like this . This makes this set useless now for me now and it was a pain to get (especially the bow). would be great if someone could look into it thank you

This is how most DoTs work with cloak. Any damage to or from an enemy pulls you out of stealth/invisibility. A case of "Working as intended" im afraid

Poison injection on npcs in cyrodiil/ic will also pull you out of stealth/cloak.

Poison injection does not pull you out of shadowy disguise . I am not talking about sneaking but the cloak ability . It is a bug not a working as intended . Cloak works in combat with my DoT from poison injection and my alchemy poison so why not the proc DoT ? it doesnt work only against Dragonknight using volatile armor or hardened armor which refects back physical attack and Vicecanon DoT isnt even physical but poison .

and yet they said they would "fix cloak" for about the last 3 years, and most recently just before MORROWIND. Anybody notices any positive changes? I haven't.

When will the team be held to account?
