You can go to the guild recruitment section of the forums to see which guilds are currently recruiting. You could also ask in game or you will sometimes see guilds advertising in zone chat. Not all guilds use the forums to recruit so, I would try both and see what you find. What kind of guild are you looking for? I might be able to offer some suggestions.
